Anything you can do to make an Aftermarket Turbo Spool Faster?

See my post number 26 above. Since you have an EBC you would need to disconnect that and plug off any unused boost/vacuum hoses. Then route a length of 4mm rubber hose directly from the nipple on the compressor discharge of the turbo to the nipple on top of the WGA. Then we can go about increasing WG spring pressure to try and get your turbo to spool faster.
BTW I have the revised version with the billet WG:
Will this affect top end boost?
My aim for now, with stock parts is around 100 KPA (14.5 PSI) to 130 KPA (18.8 PSI)

BTW, since I have a full stock exhaust system, will changing that to a full 3" de-cat system be better for spool? What about low to mid range torque and power how will that be affected?

Removing any exhaust flow retsrictions(reducing exhaust back pressure) from the O2 elbow on out to the exhaust tip will impact both spoolup and boost control response behaviour at peak boost levels. You know this. We just don't know how much of a change there is going to be until you install a complete 3" turbo-back exhaust system, including elbow, downpipe, test pipe, muffler and taillpipe though.
