Thats awsome. I wish they had those in the states. My Hilux is gonna be a rock crawling machine. 38s, dual transfer cases, flat/ tube bed im fabing up... ext. Wish we had those 3.0s here, but the 1.8 tdi im putting in it will be around 140hp and 250 lbs of torque.

It sounds like Jay is on the right track. You'll need to slip the O2 hsg out of there and port the crossover hole in the divider wall.

Did you purchase the O2 housing refered to on MAP's site as, "MAP Rev 2 stainless steel turbo outlet"? If so, you can go pn their site where you will see two picures of that particular item.

If you click on the second image(the end that shows the two-bolt circular, ring flange that mates to the DP and enlarge it you will get a clear look inside the housing at the merge hole that we are talking about. You'll see from the picture that the merge hole is not completely round in shape.

So, at any rate, you'll want to grind that D-shaped hole out to about golf ball size. Some guys have just gone ahead and enlarged that opening to the point that they have totally removed half the divider wall. Whatever works.

In the 3rd World we do get some relatively high tech turbodiesel offerings from the automanufacturers. VW sells a p/u down here called Amarok. Amarok is cutting edge with a 2.0L 4-banger, direct injection, twin-turbo, that puts out about 165 SAE HP.

In fact, even closer to home Mitsubishi sells a p/u called a Sportero. It has a 3.2L, 4-cyl. TDI motor with FMIC, Direct Injection, and etc. that puts out over 170 HP. You can get a plug-in module(like an "Edge") that ups power an extra 70 HP.
