Hey looking for some advice. My evo 8 was running healthy until a few hours before taking it out to the local 1/4 mile track of course. So the problem I am having doesn't make much sense to me. I noticed the problem at WOT when at about 5k the car feels like it hits a wall so I let off. Did a log to see what it was and the car goes lean at around 5k. Drove it back home and noticed it is now idling crazy rich, mid 9s AFR and at idle fuel pressure dropped from 38-40 range to 22-24 range. I don't know if it idling richer can cause the fuel pressure drop. I am leaning towards a fuel pump that is going out on me. Anyone seen these symptoms before?
