Well I bought a spare trans a while back with the intent to send it out to be rebuilt and finally tore into it today to see why it wouldn't turn. It looks like the taper roller bearing on the output shaft grenaded and fused partially to the snub of the shaft. I inspected all the gears and none have any chips or missing teeth so those look good to be reused, but im unsure if the output shaft can be reused. Dont mind the rust it just wipes right off and I thoroughly soaked the gears after tearing into it with trans fluid.

Bump. Anyone know if that's just the inside cage of the bearing that can be pulled off? Also does anyone have a pic of a good output shafts end so I can compare them?
