I would check the Tune, could need some fuel at those low RPMs. Also check the Closed Loop to Open Loop transition.

It might be the BOV the bad thing is that it's welded in the upper inter cooler pipe. Is there another way to check it?

Juat would like to chime in with my exp on this issue. My car had horrible HORRIBLE part throttle bucking when foot was barely on the gas to keep constant speed. I have a tial bov and i switched springs and didnt help. I found out its because of my injectors are low z, and anything over 1400cc low z usually need a injector driver on our cars. I switched to id2000's and there linear driveability is so much better. Not for sure thats ur problem but thought id give some advice. Goodluck

I have the same issue with my current setup and its 1 of 3things.
1. Pcv plugged
2. Too much fuel pressure at the injectors (ID 2000)
-full blow w/ Hobbs switch triggering 2nd pump to early in boost
3. TPS out of range

Bestof luck

I figured it out, it's the tune and the injectors. I am going to order ID 2000cc and get a new tune.

I know what you are describing and it's in the tune actually.

You're right David I replaced the injectors and I bought ID's 2000cc, I got it tuned on 91 octane and E-85. It runs a lot better than the other ones that I had.
