Tapping into fuel line for gauge...

Where are you guys tapping into the fuel line? Just cutting the feed line at the rail and using barbs? Or using an adapter that plugs into the rail? I was gonna cut my line but wanted to see if anyone had problems at higher pressures. Thanks

I got a custom braided stainless steel line made at a local hose shop (Amazon Hose). i took them my original hose and they just made a whole new one using the factory flanged connection at the fuel rail and put a tee inline to mount the pressure sensor. Really clean install and looks awesome!

It's a fuel pressure sensor adapter but I'm pretty sure they will work with a gauge as well.

here are a couple pics. one shows the factory flanges connection to the fuel rail and where they attached the new stainless line. the other shows the brass tee they added for the pressure sensor. works perfect, no leaks, and spot on pressure reading.
