Thanks for the reply.

That thread was tough to follow. Looks like you are still using a 255 pump. Im looking for results with the walbro 485.

It's a walbro "485."

The nov7 log shows the fuel starvation at 5-7K. Basically about 500whp (dynojet) on e85 with stock wiring and fuel lines.

Wow really thats crazy. Seems like you might have some other issues with your fuel system. Im running a 4 year old single wablro 255 on e85, stock wiring and lines and have had many virtual dyno graphs reading over 600 whp dynojet, and just under 600 whp corrected on a mustange dyno.

600whp with a single 255 on e85? What injectors are you using? Even so I didnt think a 255 could support nearly that much on e85.

Yeah really shouldnt be possible but it is what it is. FIC 1350cc injectors. Its definitely fully tapped out and loses pressure up top. I think a big factor is it makes this power under 30psi which keeps peak pressure down.

It's pointless to argue virtual dyno graphs. That's why I posted logs. Do you have any? I'm going to say the 600 whp on a 2.0 [E85] with a single wally is well...quite uncanny.

Of course i have logs but Im really not worried about what my 255 is currently doing I have been through this before. I was just trying to make a point that your 485 should not be close to maxed and there must be a seperate issue.

so based on this thread I just found https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...r-awesome.html.
This car makes around 650 dynojet on a standard 400. So the 485 which flows a little more I would think would do atleast 700.

I mean those are all just dyno numbers. I just want to see if i can hit my power goal with the 485.

Sorry, but not possible. A walbro 255 cannot even flow 600 whp of e85 at 0 psi of boost and 14 V.
