O2 housing and ex manifold studs and bolts

Yes yes yes yes change them. I just ran into this problem not too long ago.
I swapped out my manifold (stock manifold to an ETS stock replacement) and re used the manifold studs. It lasted a couple of months and then the studs started to sheer off. I dealt with the exhaust leak for a little while. I changed out my turbo and O2 like 2 weeks ago and replaced all the studs/bolts/nuts and gaskets. Runs like a champ now with no exhaust leaks.
The whole setup as far as gaskets, bolts, nuts, washers, studs and such was around $300 IIRC from STM. I ordered from STM because they were the only ones that had all of the bolts/studs/washers/nuts/gaskets available. I wanted everything to show up in one box instead of trying to keep track of 5 different packages.
Let me know if you have any questions, I can go back and look at what I ordered to give you an idea
