while cleaning up my cylinder head found these in combustion chambers, is it ok?

I recently purchased a used cylinder head from a vendor for a decent price. I had some time to start cleaning it up a bit and during inspection found these marks on the combustion chambers and was wondering if they will create any issues or should I leave it as is for now. Probably in the next year or two I will sent it out to be ported and what not so if running for a while like this give me any issues?

here you can see the small gouge that is right near where the valve seals, hard to tell but its not touching the valve or anything though so that's why I am wondering if it will be ok

Some other marks on the chamber I am wondering about as well. It looks to me like this might have been from when the shop was removing the head, but I really cant say.
