Question Dejontool FMIC

Does anyone have one of these intercoolers on their car? They look really nice and seem to be very well priced. I was checking it out at http://www.dejontool.com/Evolution.htm. The description has no cfm ratings, hp ratings, design (bar&plate or tube&fin).... If anyone has more info please provide, thanks.

Quote from website:

Our Big "Race" Frontmount Intercooler fits exactly where your stock one comes out and connects to your stock piping. No new piping is required. Made from a new 28"wide x 10.5"hi x 3"thk side to side flow core. End tanks are 1/8" thk aluminum. Inlet and outlet are 2 1/2"dia. beaded tube. The IC is all TIG welded. Keep your A/C. Minor notching of bumper and cover tabs is required.. Upper hanger fits stock location. Brackets and screws supplied attach behind (not shown) to the bottom frame. Tabs connect to plastic under body panel just like the stock IC. New couplers and clamps are included.

It is bar and plate as far as I can tell from the pic..

Yeah I noticed that too, thats why I wanted to see if anyone has tried it and what their thoughts are about it.

It does look pretty damn aggressive once its on the car ....!

DEJON FMIC

We do not have CFM or HP ratings on this IC core, the Core MFG has none, but The 1st one is owned by HorsePower House in Lexington Ky. They informed us that they have dynoed 472 Hp so far.
BTW it is a tube and fin design similar to ones sold by Darkside Racing and ADFX racing and which we sell for the 1g & 2g DSM cars

Yes, we do have the Dejon FMIC intercooler kit on our Evo making some pretty high WHP numbers on an AWD Mustang Dyne. We are currently upgrading to an even bigger turbo setup as well as building the block and adding more components. We will be posting more info on this at a later date.

This intercooler setup has and I am pretty sure, will continue to perform well once we climb over the 500whp mark on our awd dynamometer in the next week or so. In my opinion, it is a great efficient good looking intercooler that is priced affordably.
