Cleaned Maf / Throttle Body -- Car won't start

I would check the IAC, the sensor under the throttle body with 3 screws. Take it out and see how it looks.

lol yeah I will diffidently ***** at him for this one, but he has done every mod and repair on my car for almost no money so that's a true friend right there.
