Bogging under WOT after tune

So I got tuned yesterday at RRE, (Car feels amazing now). Yesterday I noticed in 2nd gear while WOT the car would BOG/hesitate a bit then pickup again. Today its doing it throughout 2-4 gear. I contacted Rick who tuned the car and hes saying it might be spark plugs. Just looking for opinions before I change em out. I also have some flutter under high boost in 5th gear I think its my BOV leaking

Make sure the plug gap is correct. If your old plugs look fine just gap them and re install.

Personally I never boost high in 5th.

Those plugs look spent to me, the insulator part seems to be completely brown . Also it looks like there iridium, you can always go with a ngk copper one they just need to be changed more often.

id say plugs my problem was similar ran pretty good cruise and at idle, but wot it would bog, its cuz my plugs were worn out. if they havent been changed in a while it would be good to do. What plugs you have in there now. Personally I swapped from ngk copper one step colder plug to one step colder iridium plugs....they out last the others, n to me personally 15 isnt worth changing almost every 5 k. Good luck
