Hey smart people,

I know a DSM guy who has a barely used set of cams for sale. 264/272. He said they came out of an Eclipse.

Are these the same cams being sold for the Evo? I looked on the HKS website and noticed different part numbers between them. But, if the motor's the same, shouldn't the cams be compatible. Or are they the same cams, HKS just decided to put a different part number on them?

Help me out guys, I'd like to get these cams if they will work.

nope not the same. evo 6-8 have motor with gears and pulley's on the right side of the car. and evo's 5 and under and dsm's have gears and pulley's on left side. so piston 1 in evo 8 is psiton 4 in dsm. i could be wrong in my explination but they are not the same. pros?
