Stripped spark plug hole
So, I managed to strip one of the spark plug holes while installing new spark plugs . I refuse to heli coil it because of longevity issues. So...I am in search of a head. My question is.......can i just search for a 4g63 cylinder head....or does it HAVE to be for an EVO8. There are plenty of heads on ebay for eclipses and such but i dont know if it strictly has to be from another evo8. Thanks.

You do realize heli coils are a permenant repair right?
It's not like it's a temporary one time use thing.
Heli coils hold 127 lb ft bolts on aircraft. Do it right and it will be fine.
