clutch pedal collapsed

Recently I installed a act stage 3 sprung 6 puck clutch, resurfaced the flywheel, installed new slave cylinder and did the break in period properly. There is almost 400 miles on the clutch so I decided to do a 1st and 2nd gear pull. It built boost and when I was shifting from 1st to 2nd it went into gear but the pedal never came back. It stayed stuck on the floor but the car was in gear and accelerating normally. I had to pull it back by hand and I pumped it but it felt really spongy. Pulled into a side street and checked the fluid and for leaks, all the lines were dry and the mc/sc were intact.

I bled the clutch when I installed it

Should I bleed it again? How many times do folks bleed theirs if the system is empty?

When I replaced my slave I bled it for a good 30min until no air came out at all. The took it for a ride and pumped it again and bleed a few more times. Probably still has some air.

Edit: mine was not completely empty either.
