I called in yesterday and it looks like i was one of the last to oder the pre-order manifolds. I was advised that I would have to wait till mid or late january before it arrives. I asked about the hardware issue as well and was told that it will fit with your stock 9 hardware but the hardware kit is recomended for the best fit and longest lasting results.
So the hunt is now on for a skunk 2 intake manifold to match the FP exhaust manifold and get my spare injectors installed. Lets see if i can finally get to that 400whp fast road road/track day tune with 93oct pump gas.

Received and installed mine today. Mine is ported, but uncoated. It looks like a great quality piece, every bit as nice as their DSM manifold (which is one reason I bought it). Their $100 port job didn't impress me though. They ported only about 1" into the runners and turbo flange/plenum. Next time I'll save the money and do it myself.
The bolt kit came with 8 OEM turbo washers. It doesn't seem right to use double-stacked washers on the bolts. I could see it on the studs, but don't really know why anyone would want to do it. Maybe someone here knows.
Overall I am happy with the manifold and glad I ordered it.
Mine came packaged exactly as the one posted above.

^^^Interesting that the $100 port job is only an inch or two inside the holes. Could have sworn extrude honing was just a tad bit more and go the entire insides. Extrude Honing...who does that anymore? Google is your best friend!!!
I guess the option to add the external wastegate is coming down the road.
