New radiator now blown water pump
Motor is just rebuilt hot tanked and all water jackets were fresh.
Water pump and gasket were new.
Put a stock radiator in the car it was leaking replaced it with a full blown radiator. Drove the car while parked I had the Nile river coming out from my car. Filled up the rad went home. Took the water pump off and it appears to have been sitting at the bottom of the Atlantic for some years. Motor has 220 miles on it now.
1. Now that my block has rust on it will continuously flushing out the motor after ever drive I guess flush it out? Or what do I do?
2. Why do aftermarket rads blow water pumps seems to be a common issue.
3. Wtf I took a waterpump off a motor with 12k on it and its beautiful.
4. Am I also using the wrong coolant combo maybe? 30% coolant 70% distilled water?

I have the water pump that came off at 60k and it looks beautiful. What you describe concerning the water pump sounds weird. I run a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water. Do this all of the time and never have to flush a cooling system.
All I can think of is maybe combustion gases were getting to the coolant for a long period and changing the pH to acid. Plus, what you say about losing the radiator and then the water pump makes me suspicion you may still have that problem.
