Same problem here. I need help too. ACD Tuning said they cannot fix it, the pump is garbage.

 

I found a place that rewire motors I will go during the weekends to see if they can fix it and I will let you know

 

I have a acd pump of my 9 with 52k miles on it. Has a broken sensor on it. You could use he sensor of yours. I have pics and a vid of it pumping fluid when I straight wired it.

I am still worried because even if we fix the motors, the pump will probably still need rebuilding. I think that's why the motors burn. I think the shaft seizes because of corrosion on the inside, and a few hours after that the motor overheats trying to spin that shaft and it burns. Electric motors don't burn for no reason.
So I guess a rebuild will be necessary too.
I am not sure but ACD Tuning my pump is not repairable.
New one is 1850$

 

My burned becouse the bering rusted becouse the car was siting for two years I used a dril and tryed the pump with oil and it works fine
