Boost Leak?

Boost Leak?
Should the throttle body make any noise at all during a boost leak check, or should it be 100% silent? I believe this is my issue and everyone is telling me TB shaft seals. The car has 76k on it, so seals could be a very good possibility. I spray soapy water on it, but can't seem to get any bubbles. When I push on the throttle cable the noise will go away, so I'm assuming it is indeed the seals. I'm just trying to get an experts confirmation before I go ahead with ordering parts and tearing everything apart.
