Hi there,

I have quick question as I'm not sure which axle I have in my garage.
I have rear axle for RS diff but do not know which side it's - left (driver) or rigth (passanger).
I know that one is longer then 2nd one.
Dimmension of main are below.
Is it left or right axle?

Total lenght: around 33,5 Inch
Internal lenght (bewteen joint's covers): around 15 Inch

all evo 1-6 RS use equal lengnt rear axles
dunno about 6+ evos but think they should be the same
AYC diff uses different length axles

I'm quite sure it has different lenght in passive diffs as well as I can notice in my car that diff in my car is more on left side then in the middle.
It seems I will need to lift my car tomorrow and measure that.

For future reference solution is below.

Exact dimmension from service manual I will paste below.
I have confirmed these dimmensions with setup on my car.
Left axle is shorten than right one

Length (joint to joint) × diameter mm (in)
Left: 485.6 × 25 (19.1 × 1.0)
Right: 575.5 × 25 (22.7 × 1.0)
