Thanks for all the replies guys! This is a long open ended question but how hard is the speed density setup to install? Anybody got it already and prices/tips for installation?

Agreed! I sent him my OEM Exhaust manifold, intake manifold, and megan o2 housing all to be ported. I picked up a good bit of power and maybe some spool-up (judging by the butt dyno)

If you're going through the hassle to throw all of those other mods on, I'd say just do it all the first time. Send your EM and IM to Curt Brown, and drop in a set of S2s. Your car on 93 will be a blast.

Speed Density is a great way to go. It's not too labor intensive and all together should run you $200-$250. You're gonna tune anyway so like a previous post mentioned: Port your OEM parts, convert to speed density, get a decent tune and thank Mitsubishi for an Awesome platform!

Yeah, S.D. allows 4" I.D. intake tube from filter flange to the larger FP Flow Advancement compressor cover inlet with no neckdown restrictions.

Very easy. Get a 4 bar MAP sensor, a 4" intake, I believe both should cost around 200 - 250 dollars as one of the previous posters mentioned. Installation is very very simple shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes if you're very unpractical such as I am. Just don't forget to get a SD tune lol..

Intake
Short route UICP
LICP
Turbo back exhaust, cat less
MBC, boosting at 25 right now
Buschur tuned

There's are the parts I already have minus the injectors.... Where should I spend my money now for 400-450 whp?

I almost have the same set up except for I got a

Kelford 272's
1450 Injector for E85 Tuned
340 Aeromotive Fuel pump
ETS 3.5 Intercooler and short route pipe

I'm pushing about 425 on 93. E85 its a lot different. more powah.

I'm hitting 460WHP on a stock head with tiny s1 Cams and not a ported intake manifold. Port your head, some S2 cams, ported intake manifold, you'll hit it.

we will see... I'm only at 288whp right now on buschur's mustand dyno.... but that's with only a LICP, walbro 255, cone filter, and full catless exhaust. And a questionably very hasty and rushed tune. If I can get my stuff ported, head, intake, and exhaust.... we should be in business .
