Haltech Platinum Sport has no knock sensor what solution to tune?

Yes, you can't just connect the knock sensor to any ECU with no knock control support. Knock sensor is a just a microphone, you'd need the software that analyzes & filters the sounds.

Haltech offers a knock analyzer: http://www.haltech.com/product/tuning-tools/knock-ears/
Other good kits are offered by Gizzmo & Phormula

Just get an knock module that has a 0-5v output and connect to a spare avi (analogue input) on the haltech...
There are ready functions in the sw to decrease ie 3deg in case of >4v etc...
