Running Lean after Turbo Install

Hey guys so i ran into some trouble. My car was tuned before with only tbe, intake piping, walbro 255 and stock evo 8 turbo. Yesteraday we installed a bbk full ported, megan 02 housing and ported manifold.

After we installed it the car would idle really lean. It doesnt even say a number on my aem wide band its reads (---). Normal driving it would be around 15.5 to 16.

We rechecked all the lines and everything was good. Does anyone have any idea?

Was wondering if this is normal and that i need a retune?

Mine did this when I had a vacuum leak. do a boostleak test and check for exhaust leaks also.

You both probably have an exhaust leat. Did you reuse and gaskets and did you get new ones? Check to make sure all your connections are torqued appropriately.

Solved. It was an exhaust leak. It was a small exhaust leak.

More often than not a very lean wideband reading at idle and normal at cruise points to an exhaust leak. Glad you found it!
