Exedy Twin Disk clutch engagement point

Everyone with the Exedy twin disk clutch where is your engagement point? Is it near the floor or near the top of the clutch pedal travel.

I'm asking because mine starts to grab about 1/2way up but it doesn't fully engage until its almost at the end of its travel.

Also, has anyone been able to buy replacement friction surfaces for the Exedy twin? If so whats the price?

Thanks!

Anybody? What about adjusting it from the pedal adjustment? I thought that only adjusted the free play though...???

slowly making progress here, 5 votes so far. Still not enough for any type of conclusion. There has to be more than 5 people out there with Exedy two disk clutches.
