6466 Evo 8 Twin disc hd or triple?

I’m having a debate because right now I have an exedy twin disc clutch (standard)that is relatively new, but some people are telling me to run the triple. I’vealready spent alot of money on my build already but then again I don’t want tocut corners. Should I just pick up an HD pressure plate for my practicallybrand new twin disc or sell it and run the triple disc. Once again I’m runninga 6466 fully built e85

If you had a Quartermaster twin id say you would be golden. Since you have a exedy your better off with the triple to hold the potential power of a 6466.

Triple if it's track only, QM twin if it's driven on the street at all.

Idk which one to go with so many people are recommending different clutches. The car will see some streets but most of the time at the track. Maybe once a weekend on the streets. So its not my daily driver.

to answer your Exedy twin vs Triple question... go triple. They make a kit for converting from twin to triple, saves a little money (you should be able to reuse your twin parts). I say this because I've used both. The triple both holds more tq/takes heat from track, AND, it drives better than the twin. The twin had a heavier pedal and was harder to drive.

There's other clutches that are great, I'm not going into that, but ignoring cost the Exedy triple is an amazing all around clutch that doesn't dissapoint. Aside from the crappy spline issue that I think was temporary and Exedy redesigned.
