Another P0300 thread

Recently my car started miss firing. It started very slowly and subtly, and I just thought I got a bad tank of gas. However it started getting much worse, and now my car stays in limp mode when I try to drive it.
When I first start in the morning, it runs and idles fine. But as it begins to warm up, it starts missing horribly and goes to limp mode. Even when it's idling after being warm, the entire car shakes violently.

Home made COP with prius coils

Since the issue started, I've changed the spark plugs (BPR7ES gapped to .028), tested the resistance of the coils and injectors, and somewhat cleaned the injectors.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there a sensor that could go bad, thus making it run bad only when warm?

I recently had a faulty cop even though the resistance seemed fine.

Have you tried running the gap at a realistic setting to see if it doesnt miss?

I had the p0300 code with no real symptoms of a misfire. Changed the plugs and coils anyway, didnt help.
