Clutch Issue?

Last night I had my clutch pedal pressed down. I heard a loud thump and the pedal floored and had no pressure. I assumed it was the slave but after taking a look at it today it seems that the clutch fork won't retract. I'm guessing that it could be the TOB? What else could cause the clutch fork to not retract? Could it be the actual clutch assembly? Here is a video it made showing what's going on.

Take a look into the inspection hole and see whats going on. seems like the top popped off, have you tried to a lot of pressure on the fork to see if the tob can be popped back in? If not your going to have to take the transmission off to get it situated.

Thanks for the help. I tried to pop it back into place. It wasn't working. I took a look into the inspection hole and this is what I found.

WOW it looks like the TOB itself broke. You see that groove? That's where the ball bearings are supposed to be.

That's crazy. Would I still need to detach the collar to remove the transmission? Or will the transmission slide off with the TOB broken like that?

It'll slide off since the middle part of the TOB is stuck on the pressure plate and is not in any way connected to the fork anymore.
