Oil catch can question

So i was going to install my Cusco catch can but i see several different reviews on how the pcv lines were routed. I see some who just route both the port on the front of the valve cover and the one on the back both to the catch can. I also see people who just route the line from the port on the front of the valve cover to the catch can then the other line recirculating back into the intake and leaving the line on the back still recirculating into the intake manifold. Which is the proper way to do it? Thanks everyone!

Run it just like factory so it pulls vacuum from the crankcase. Not sure if Cusco cans are baffled so it might not do much for keeping oil out of the intake.
