breakin for new clutch, gears, synchros, and bearings??

i should be getting my car back tomorrow or tuesday... its gotten the tranny completely torn down, and 3rd, 4th and the synchros and bears were replaced. The clutch and flywheel were also replaced.
Is there a break in period for these new parts?

thanks

If it is a new clutch, I would take it easy at least for the first 600miles...

Hi,

I have always used the 500 mile "stop and go traffic" approach to break in a new clutch. Keep off the boost above 5000 rpm, no launching or slipping the clutch.

Usually about 300 miles is recommended by most clutch companies. Don't launch it, just drive normal, and keep it under 4000 rpm. This was the break in procedure given to me by Centerforce
