Engine loss of power after shift (any gear)

Hey guys, I seem to have a problem where when I'm shifting from one gear to the next the engine seems to lose all power (it falls flat on its face). This is especially noticeable in rpms above 3000. I'm accelerating normally when this happens, not going wide open throttle. My afr gauge also sometimes jumps around when I shift (usually towards lean but can go towards rich as well), but I believe this is normal?

Also important to note is the plugs look good and have little mileage on them, the wires are new. The car is still on the OEM clutch, with 142k miles on it. It grabs all the way at the top, could this possibly be my problem? Thanks for any solutions guys

Edit: I should also note that the car has an exhaust, intake, and aftermarket blow off valve. Boost peaks at 19 psi in the cold and according to the previous owner spiked 15-16 psi in the warmer weather.

I'm guessing I've found my problem lol

Edit: Since I have your guys attention... When I press the intercooler sprayer on auto the light will light up on the dashboard. When I press manual, at idle, I hear a click but nothing seems to be spraying and there is fluid in the reservoir. Is the problem maybe a blown fuse? Clogged jets? Does anybody know where the jets even are to check?

On manual mode your ic sprayer should discharge fluid on idle. If not then your pump is shot.most of the ppl here ditched the sprayer bottle and whole system because it's worthless.some ppl switching maps using ic sprayer switch.

My car seems to be boosting at the proper level for a mostly stock car right? How would a boost leak affect the bogging after a gear change when I'm not even in boost?

Ah that's sad to hear that it's worthless, I just kind of lked the novelty of having it. I suppose the price of a new pump would not be equal to the worth of having the functioning sprayer then

Boost/Vacuum leaks can cause all kinds of issues, and its easy to check.

+1 for checking boost/vacuum leaks. Also, your clutch isn't slipping right? That's some high mileage for a stock clutch but hey, when its not broke, don't fix it.... Unless it is in fact broke...
