I just finished installing my engine and it's making squeaking noise that sounds like it's coming from the cam area. I removed the serp belt to try an narrow down where the noise is coming from and the squeak is still there. If anyone could give me an idea as to what it could be I'd appreciate it.

Either your timing belt is to tight or you may have this issue,

Sounds almost identical.

 

I read the thread you suggested and it appears the timing belt is possibly too tight. Poured a little water on the belt and the noise instantly went away. I'll look into how to adjust the tension on the belt. From what I understand it's adjusted by the off center pully above the tensioner.
