ACT HD Street vs. Helix organic

I have great offers from Ross from Ross sport and Antony from Indigo-gt for both clutches, but i can't make a decision...

Helix organic is quoted to hold 518lb/ft of torque.

ACT HD Street is quoted to hold 510lb/ft of torque.

It's for EVO 9 GSR (6-speed), basic mods with about 400/400 hp/lbft, so about 400 lb/ft, daily driven.

Can both clutches handle about 30 launches per year, some odd track day maybe once a year and very "spirited" driving?

What is (approximately of course) life expectance for those clutches? 20.000 miles?

I know i should probably go for twin plate, I have tried Helix twin plate and i like it, but I don't have that kind of money right now, and I need clutch right now Maybe I should look at used one?

I had a friend whose act lasted about 75k miles. 30 drag passes a yr will definitely shorten its life depending on how much you slip them. One time overheating it can cause permanent damage. Same with a twin. I love my act HDSS clutch. I am upgrading to the HDG6 sprung hub 6 puck because it holds more power But it doesn't last nearly as long.

Sprung or unsprung disc is the next question. The number of launches is BS and irrelevant. Never buy used. If you can drive a clutch you should get plenty of life out of it, if you cant--or abuse them then its limited and it doesn't matter which clutch you get you will burn it up. A heavy clutch is no substitute for poor choices or to cover for abusing your car. Clutches are made to wear and are supposed to be the weakest link for a reason.

If it's street driven / daily driver, sprung.

Thank you for the answer. I'm leaning towards ACT...
