Notchy Shifting Issue

Notchy Shifting Issue
So I've been having a notchy shifting issue for a while now and I've done a lot of searching on Google trying to find a solution. I've adjusted the clutch pedal numerous times with no success. One thing I have done that provides a temporary fix has been bleeding the clutch. It seems like everytime I do bleed the clutch and go drive, shifting is noticeably smoother and there's no notchiness. Unfortunately, that fix is short lived because the issues usually return the next day. I have also noticed (and this may be completely unrelated) that when driving uphill, the notchiness goes away too.
It would seem I'm having an issue with the hydraulic system, so before I go and replace the master and slave cylinders, do you guys have any other things I can check first?

Do you have an MR? if you do, the 6 speeds have an adjustment on the shift linkage in the interior of the car at the shifter base. Mine used to be very notchy until I found that adjustment procedure, now its buttery smooth baby.

And I forgot to also mention that when I first start the car and go to put it into first the car will move slightly and there's a lot of resistance. I've tried adjusting the clutch pedal multiple times and that issue doesn't go away and bleeding the clutch doesn't fix it either, but like I said in my first post, bleeding the clutch seems to temporarily fix the notchiness when driving.
The trans fluid was changed about 2 months ago with Red Line MT-85 which didn't affect the problem and about a month ago I replaced the shifter cable bushings with one's from Torque Solution. That also didn't affect the issue.
