I dynoed my car again yesterday. The first time it put down 223 hp and 236 trq with just a HKS downpipe, stock cat, and Carbon-Ti. Yesterday it put down 231 hp and 233 trq with the mods listed and the HKS RS intake. Gained about 8 whp just from the intake.
This was done in a AWD Mustang dyno. I was told that the readings are about 20% lower than a DynotJet. If that is true, my car is making about 277 hp and 280 trq.
I have a Hallman MBC in my garage waiting to go on, but I have to get my pod for my gauges first. When I decide to put it on, should I just stick with 19psi? I run 93 octane all the time if that matters any.
My goal is to make over 300 with the stock turbo and FMIC. I'm seriously thinking about a mail-in DynoFlash too.

Your safe bet is to stick with 19-19.5psi The only thing I didn't like about my Manual Boost controller (also a Hallman) was as the weather changed, the boost would change slightly. I have since removed the MBC, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with it if you don't mind periodically adjusting it. I would get occasional spiking, but it was pretty rare, usually only in the cold weather.
So far, everyone's advice is pretty good.. Their listed mods will generally make 300+ whp, and I think your choice of tuning (flash, s-afc, Utec, Xede, Standalone like AEM) is just that, your choice, weigh out how much you want to spend, how frequently you are going to need to retune, etc.. then make the decision, the flash is perfect for making AMAZING power if you don't plan on changing things all the time.. If you do, don't rule out the flash, but you may end up needing an S-AFC or another piggyback to fine-tune the flash for changes.
Cheers!
