Oil pump sprocket resistance

I'm in the process of flushing the motor out with some oil, as I had a turbo blow and I wanna make sure nothing was in the motor. So my process is spinning the oil pump sprocket by a drill to move oil and then drain and pull the pan a few times.

I just got done with the first flush, but what I noticed was the oil pump sprocket seemed a little more resistant than what I remember... May be that I am just paranoid. The drill spins it fine, just seems a little more resistant? To be clear, it spins fine without and binding.

Is it ok? I thought of pulling the front case, but the damn crankshaft bolt is on there pretty good lol. I've had an impact on it for awhile and it hasn't broke loose yet.

Oil pump sprocket resistance

An oil pump will always give a good amount of resistance to a drill.
