misfire issue help!!!!

hit launch control and launched car...

after driving for a few minutes noticed a misfire like if car was running on 3 cylinders
drop it home parked it up.

next day when car stated it idled very pooprly like misfire.when car was reved it still had misfire. a/g on idlke was showing 10.0 and when it reved it was smiking black signalling too much fuel.
i took spark plugs out all were black none were burnt out or anything. Installed a fresh set same problem ,idled a little better this time but still misfire.
i changed all my sparktek coils with new onces and checked each cyclinder to see if i cud termine which one was not firing. inconclusive
i then looked at the air flow meter . with sirflow meter not connected it is idling a little healthier but still with misfire. with air flow connected the car is idling worst .... i swappped to another airflow and same problem so it wasnt air flow meter...

any help wud be appreciated....
pls

Check vacuum line on the fuel pressure regulator. If it's loose, you'll be having higher fuel pressure.

Hey I have this similar issue a year ago and it turned out to actually be a bad set of plugs that where grounding out to the block and causing the misfire like your having.
Only was I figured this out was by unplugging one plug at a time and found the one that when unplugged did nothing with the idle.
I changed that crappy plug and never had to mess with it again (this was a year ago btw). Hope this helps or at least puts you on the right track to finding your problem.

I've had a similar issue and plugs and coils didn't help. I've owned mine for a year and more problems than fun. Just did the first boost leak test and leaking all around the cold side bov and tb. Good luck man

I didn't think you mention the non coiled wires, are they new or the oem ones?
This was my case after a few months for running on the new plugs from the first time this all happened to me. Could have been the wires the whole time but both are replaced and never has missed since (3 years ago ).

And update my last post; when I would start to pull the wire out of the hole the idle would start to smooth out... hope this helps.
