Main Bearing Girdle Dowels?????

I am building my evo 7 4g63t engine and im just ready to install the crank and new bearings ect. I pulled it apart quite a while ago and i cant remember if there were dowels in there. I have looked at it and i cant see a spot were any would go and have looked at the diagrams in the manual and cant see any there but it just seems very odd that would be no dowels to align the girdle. Also while im at it do the oil squirters need crush washers when being installed, again i cant remember and i dont have any in my parts boxes as i kept everything when i disassembled the engine but it just feel like they should be there. Any of you guys that have built a few of these engines and could help me would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any answers

Set it down, it will seat itself, don't panic.
