Just check in with the guys from English racing.
They just sell custom Pistons for either $750 or $950 for the top ones.
I'm not drag racing my car or do professional auto-x. So if I'm just going to used my car for street or sometime street racing, I don't think $750 is reasonable to my budget!
I did ask them if they can offer me something off the shelf for something that cost less. Their responds is NO, they don't want to offer anything other than to go with what they want to put in. Which is fine but I wouldn't it just be better if some customer like myself that can't afford it and just want something less that on the shelf now. Rather than having to wait till the end of February for those Pistons. Yes, English racing say it would be until end of February then I will get the piston.
I guess they just want to do business with people that have money to burn!!! Lol.
Well, too bad they just lost my business since they don't want to recommend me to any other Pistons.

Anyway, I have no problems with that at all. English racing still one of the best company out there that built incredible monster cars.

Ok. Now back to my subject.
Anyone else here can help me pick out a Pistons that is proper for a 0.20 over bore with a 9.0:1-9.2:1 compression for my 4g64/4g63 built. And also available now.
Remember I have a 156mm rods and 100mm forge crank now.
Part # would be greatly greatly appreciated!!!!!

Thanks again everyone.
I hope I don't get anyone to be upset. But if I did, sorry in advance.

You already found the part number..

They can be found here, you have to select .080 over since they are listed as a 4g63 piston. They will be .020 over your 4g64 block.

What do you guys think about the Manley platinum series 9.0:1 Pistons and CP 9.5:1 with upgrade .225mm wrist pin?
Do you think that these Pistons will handle 750-800hp on e85?!?!?

The manley is a full round piston, not recommended. Why do you keep asking what to use when you've been told over and over that the Wiseco HD's are exactly what you need?

I would love to have the wiseco hd for my 2.4 built. But they have to be custom made and it will take them forever. I have call and talk to English racing about it already. And also their custom piston are $750 and can only handle up to 700hp. If I want something strong the. It will cost me $1000.
I'm not a baller, just a typical guy that work from 9:30-7:30 everyday making normal wages. $1000 is for professional drag racing guys.
I wish that English racing would recommend me something that's not custom so it would be a little bit cheaper.
I'm looking to spend $500-$650 for Pistons. I think it's a fair price for some nice Pistons correct?

English racing uses their own custom built piston. The part number I gave you will work, its a shelf piston that people have in stock, and extremepsi sells it for $540.

Thanks. I just order those Wiseco hd with the upgrade .225mm wrist pins for $540 from extreme psi. And they have it ready to shipped.
Great Pistons and just what I'm looking for. 9.0:1 compression and 87mm bored for 4g64/4g63 built!

Thanks for everything. Hopefully I will hit 750-800hp on e85!!!

Just put the new wisco hd Pistons in my 4g64 block.

Extreme psi sold me the wrong Pistons.

They sell me wsc626m87ap. This is for a 150mm rods not my 156mm rods.
I thought I have made it clear to them of what I have.
Now I have to wait and see if they would take this Pistons back and give me the correct ones.

So suck!!!!'

Waiting for Monday until they open.
I will keep everyone updated!

True, you did.

But the guy at extreme psi insisted that the Pistons he sold is the correct ones. I have given him the parts number you have given me.

Anyway, too late for that now. I just order a new Manley 150mm ibeam for that wrong piston they sold to me.
They never did want to refund me for their mistake. What a bad customer service for trying to blame me for it.

Ha is the name of the guy that sold it to me. I will not recommend anyone to buy from extreme PSI for this particular reason.

I will be ordering my own rods this week for some R&R 156mm Steel I beam rods and want to verify 100% that the proper piston is K627M87AP! Please advise.
