Positive should go on a Battery, since the COP from Sparktech is fused, but if that's your car in the link then you will have to use a point where the battery line meets the front fuse box (Red circle). Direct battery power is recommended, less interference from the Alternator. I put a Evo 10 Battery junction in the front, so negative and Positive is right next to each other.
As for ground use the Chassis (Green Circle)
Gap for COP can be .022-.026.
Start middle road .024 and test.
