Idle issues....

So, I have a fully built 2.0L EVO VII and ever since the build, it has trouble staying at or above 800RPM when idling. Every once in a while, it used to sound like a Subie with one or more of the cylinders misfiring so I couldn't accelerate. I had a Spark tech COP w/CDI and swapped it with a Non-CDI COP 5 months ago. The issue went away but has came back. I changed out my spark plugs and the idle issue is still a problem but now it keeps falling to about 400RPM. My next thought is the IACV. Could it be my lifters? Bearings going out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like a dead coil in addition to an IACV issue.
