Just find someone who is selling a 71hta with the standard cover. My 71hta would be considered CA friendly, its the OEM cover. It even has the MHI serial numbers on it

I have several combos of new/used 9 covers that FP can grind for you valley guys, I think Brian charges 75 to machine these days. One is 71hta already and two others are stock 9. As well as some 71 and stock 9 CHRA's if you need those too.

 

I would like to stock away a 71 CHRA and cover. How much?
