I need your guys help on this problem please. My 06 evo ix mr is not boosting at all, I have verified that the waste gate is not stuck, the waste gate actuator works & the factory boost solenoid works or at least I think it does. With voltage to the solenoid it opens and closes and it ohm`s out at 3.3. I`m thinking that maybe I am not getting the electronic signal from the wiring harness to the solenoid.

Bypass it and see if you get any more boost.

I don't think the solenoid is your problem. If it were impeding signal to the WGA, you would be over boosting. I can't imagine the signal line would be enough of a boost leak to get NO boost.
Then again, I'm going on no sleep, so.....LOL
