Engine rebuild now a noise

I have a noise coming from my engine bay. I have done a total engine rebuild, new everything. I bled the lifters and it has 272 kelfords. a full build valvetrain.

It has great oil pressure. Can someone give me some insight on what this noise is? I only ran it for maybe 20 seconds

Your video doesn't work.

Does it sound like noise coming from the head, like really bad lifter tick, or it sounds like a really loud sewing machine? Lifters take a bit to pump up, more then 20 seconds of running.

I'm not sure, I've only uploaded to youtube then copied the link here.

If the noise started a lot, and then started going away, and definitely sounds like its in the head, I'm 99.99% sure its just noise from the lifters not being pumped up. They make A LOT of noise when they've been bled. Let it idle for a few more minutes, then take it for an easy drive around the block. Listen closely to make sure the noise doesn't start getting worse again, or in case a new noise develops.
