I currently am sitting at 422whp/332wtq Dynojet on pump gas at 24 psi

Does this seem low?

I feel after reading through many of your guy's set ups on here with the 5858 I should be sitting more around 440whp at the 24 psi mark. My current tuner isn't comfortable pushing out to the 27-28 psi mark where most of you sit that are putting down 460/470's. Any thoughts on this? All readings on a Dynojet and not a VD.
