Piston ring question

Ok guys I'm in the process of rebuilding my 2g eclipse with Evo 8/9 internals, I already have all the parts needed, but I would like to know can I do aftermarket piston rings on the OEM pistons or would oem rings be my best bet?

Yes you can, but i dont see why aftermarket rings will be needed on a stock rebuild

I understand it's not necessary but I would like to use stronger rings just to be on the safe side
