Water jacket in block to head threads?

Water jacket in block to head threads?
Do we need to put thread sealant on the head studs block side?
I'm pretty sure they don't have water jackets, but just wanted to double check.
Current plan is to chase holes, clean out all oil and debris with brake cleaner then just lube both sides of studs with the arp torque lube.

So it looks like the base of the threads in the block has a small hole in it which oil passes through.
I cleaned out the thread hole and a few mins later it was filled with oil again.
Do you guys put thread sealant on the bottom of the studs or just the arp lube? Not sure if sealant is necessary in this case.
