That shop sounds like those mother ****ers turbo trix.
Is that shop considered customer or money friendly?

no idea I just know its one of the most reputable shops here in Minnesota.That's why I brought it to them.

if I were the shop I would've definitely informed you of the BOV being a factor in your power goals which is of course boost related. If you're looking to run 25+ pounds get yourself a GFB, HKS, or Tial BOV...

I believe that the BOV is leaking/not holding boost, You should get a new BOV...
Which BOV do you need?
-It depends the amount of boost that you're going to set. Before buy, check the specs of the BOV, sellers always indicate how much pressure it is able to hold.
