Lean spots and 3k stumble

A couple days ago I replaced my throttle body shafts seals and went for a test drive. On the way back in thought I felt a slight stumble, didn't happen again so I didn't think anything about it. Next day it was bad driving home from work, under moderate acceleration the car would go full lean after 3k and fall on its face. I checked the throttle body and tpsychological and all looked good. Following morning the car was very unhappy and threw a p0300 code. The turbo inlet clamp was very loose, tightened it and it improve the miss fire and the code was cleared. However the car still went full lean right around 3400rpm. This morning before work the car had lean spots all over leaving the neighborhood. As it approached operating temperature it did get better and I only had it randomly lean out once or twice on the drive but still had its 3k "cutout" car is maf with a built 2.4 about 5k ago, no balance shafts on e85. Could this be a fuel pump (walbro255) or fpr failing?

About to, haven't had time from work. I did one a week ago before the tb shafts seals. And rechecked all the lines I took off for the tb seals, I'll do one tomorrow

I just remembered your the guy with the Evo 8 ECU in an eclipse contraption that swears up and down your speed density tune isn't the culprit. And you're still having the same issue. Good luck.

You must be thinking of somebody else with an eclipse with an evo 8 ecu on speed density. It is a 3g with an evo 8 ecu and evo 8 turbo system. But I am not speed density, it is a maf car on a maf tune, the car was driving fine last week

Ok. Well a bad fuel pump would show itself at WOT more so than cruising. To check the FPR, pull the VACUUM line off of it, if there is fuel present there, you know the diaphragm has gone bad in the FPR.

Checked out the fpr and the vacuum line was dry, my maf was filthy so I cleaned that up because it looked like it was "sticking" in the log. Started it up and it had a lean idle, blip pedal the throttle and idle came to 14.7. Went to drive and it didn't want to leave the neighborhood, stumbled everywhere.

Do you have old logs to compare the current issue to? Maybe you'll be able to see that the readings the MAF is giving have changed. Could indicate a bad MAF.

Checked the resistor pack wiring today. 2 injectors read 6.5 ohms and one read 60, another read 103. Resistance would go all over the place as I moved the wires. Obviously have a bad solder somewhere and is causing 2 of my injectors to not ground

If two of your injectors were not properly getting grounded then your evo would not be running on 4 cylinders and you would have noticed it right away because it will idle rough and sound like a Subaru lol Did you try checking your fuel filter? Being on e85 it will gunk up the fuel filter faster than your injectors and your injectors being gunked up like that then I'm almost positive your fuel filter needs to be replaced.

Right before I pulled my injectors it wasn't running on 4, idle was rough and it was backfiring and missing like crazy trying to drive.I think there must have just been enough of a connection to make it intermittent (vibration and engine movment) and was getting worse over time. I'm waiting to hear back from fic on the injector results. I actually don't have an inline filter yet. However I just ordered everything to get on in

I'm talking about the fuel "sock" filter inside your tank.
