Ok great . Do you have any stock lifters by a chance ?

Go drive the car and do alot of engine braking. Decel from 4 k to a stop.

Could be rings are not seated.

It could also be improper ring end gaps or improper end gap position.

Or damaged ring/s from install.

You might be over thinking it sir. Forget the compression and leak down teat results right now. Its a brand new engine that needs break in.

Also did by chance you use full synthetic oil?

Brand new engines don't leak through the valves. Valves are lapped into the seat with lapping compound, they should be perfectly sealed when new.

my car doesn't run long enough to drive . It barely starts . Timing is correct and leaking from valves . Going to try new lifters to see .

And no matter how great a reputation the machine shop has, something you should always do before installing a head is check for leaking valves.
