Can someone tell me where this (EGR?) hose connects?

Can someone tell me where this (EGR?) hose connects?
I've been having some issues with my car and last night i found this hose that was just hanging. It's a short 3-5" hose and i can not see where it connects. Kind of hard to get to.

let the car cool off and put your hand behind the throttle body area or right below it. You will see or feel a bunch of vac lines and one of them will be obviously not connected so re connect it to that one. Taking off the upper pipe and strut bar helps but you can still get to it without taking them out.
